Apple And Caramel Sauce

Apple And Caramel Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fine flour
  • 2-3 apples
  • oil for deep frying

ingredients for caramel sauce:

  • 2-3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbs sesame
  • water as required

Method:

  1. For caramel, in a skillet add water as required with 2-3 cup of sugar and prepared a single layer sheera.
  2. Then add 2 tbs sesame and mix it. The caramel sauce is ready.
  3. Then take 2-3 apples cut into pieces and coat with 1 cup of fine flour.
  4. Now heat the oil and fry apple.
  5. Then put it into the prepared sauce and serve it in a serving dish.
